Don't use MSSMedical Staffing Solutions. Choose elsewhere. They just don't have it together. Among other issues, here's a few:

Their recruiter never knows the answer to anything. She always has to go ask somebody else.

In Hawaii they give you one of their "Island Cars" that aren't safe to drive and you have to complain and be adament to get it replaced.

They try to boost your "pay" with a high per diem rate but you're not protected from the IRS that way, and your Social Security (if there's going to be any left) retirement will be decreased significantly.

In response to the other posts:
When you negotiate your contract, all aspects, you should ALWAYS get it in writing and ALWAYS have it in hand BEFORE you get to your assignment.
