Registered Nurse

From the minute I arrived at my first travel assignment, Nurses Pro made every effort to make my life misarable. They didn't know that I had to have fingerprints completed prior to showing up for work. I then spent 1 week not working at the hospital, but running errands for my recuiter, so that I could work the next week. They did not want to pay for my rent for the entire stay. It took 2 months to get direct deposit working. I had to stay on top of the recuiter to get paid, every week. She never followed through with anything and would just give me the number of the person to call or fax or whatever it was at the time. Once I had enough and actually gave them my notice, they sent an email stating I owed them $900. When they found out that another agency was taking over the contract, the new email said I owed them $4000. The very next check that got deposited was removed two days later, by Nurses Pro. I then continued to work until the notice date I gave them and never got another check, for the hours worked. I have since filed a complaint with the Dept. of Labor and will pursue litigation to get paid if necessary. Do Not Ever Work for Nurses Pro out of Houston, Texas.
