So, what is the best travel nurse agency?  Is it the one that pays the most?  Or is the best agency the one who has the most fantastic support staff that are just a phone call away? One thing is for sure.  The agencies share a number of common characteristics that keep travel nurses coming back for assignment after assignment.  Here is a list of the characteristics that many travelers feel make for a first class agency.

There probably is no one best travel nurse agency.  When I talk to other travel nurses about the best travel nurse agencies they all seem to have a favorite agency.  Each agency has strengths and weaknesses.  Small agencies tend to be more personal and have that family feel.  Larger agencies have more variety in the locations they can offer a nurse.
